RESERVATIONS

Terms & Conditions

Once you have decided which flat you want to rent, you should send us your booking request.

You will get our reply within a maximum of 24 hours. It is very important that you add to your address book the e-mail amwilla@amwilla.net, to avoid any kind of spam in the sending of messages. You can also make the reservation through the website form, which is addressed to the e-mail amwilla@amwilla.net.

With the confirmation of the pre-booking of the flat we will send you the following instructions to block the reservation. You must make a deposit of 50% of the total booking price.

Upon successful receipt of the bank transfer, we will send you confirmation of your reservation as well as the directions to meet us at the flat upon check-in.

 

ARRIVAL

 

We need to know your arrival time at least 2 days in advance.

As a rule, your flat will be ready for occupancy at 14.00 and you should leave it before 12.00. We are flexible to adjust your check-in and check-out times according to the availability of the flats.

Upon arrival a Responsibility Term will be filled in, signed by the person responsible for the reservation.

 

NUMBER AND IDENTITY OF GUESTS

 

AMWILLA must be informed of the number and identity of the guests included in the booking, and only these people can use the flat.

The presence of an adult over 18 years old is mandatory for the use of the flat.

In the event of non-compliance with the above points, AMWILLA reserves the right to ask the guest to leave the flat, with no compensation being due.

 

PAYMENTS

 

To guarantee the reservation of the flat, a deposit of 50% of the total amount of the reservation is required.

This deposit is refundable if the cancellation occurs more than 8 days in advance. Payment of this deposit can be made by bank transfer (bank charges borne by the client. The reservation will not be confirmed until AMWILLA receives payment of the deposit and the Client receives confirmation of the reservation from us.

The remaining payment must be made in cash on arrival. We also accept payments by bank transfer of the total amount up to 24 hours before the arrival time.

Without this payment you will not be able to occupy the flat.

 

CANCELLATION OR CHANGE OF DATES

 

To cancel or change the dates of your booking, please send us an email to amwilla@amwilla.net.

Only cancellations or changes received by this method will be accepted, as we cannot accept cancellations or changes made by telephone.

Please email amwilla@amwilla.net if you need to change the dates of your booking.

We can only accept changes received by email. All changes are subject to availability of the flat.

 

FLAT CARE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

 

Upon your arrival, the flat will be cleaned. There will be a weekly cleaning service with linen and bathroom change for extended stays.

If you would like extra cleaning services, please indicate at the time of booking. This service is charged separately.

Should any breakdown occur during your stay, it should be reported to the telephone number indicated on our website.

To make use of the free WIFI, you will be provided with an access code.

At AMWILLA we do not provide breakfast service. However, the flat has a kitchenette with hot and cold water, equipped with gas cooker, coffee machine, toaster and indispensable kitchen accessories.

We are also kind enough to provide you with a bottle of water and a piece of fruit at the entrance.

Always remember to close the main door to the building and the door to your flat.

At check-in you will be given a key-ring with two keys: one for the main door of the building and one for your flat. If they are lost, you will have to pay for their reproduction.

If your stay is longer than 6 days, you can request for new sheets and towels as well as cleaning of the flat.

The Guesthouse is not suitable for pets.

Excessive alcoholic drinks are not allowed inside the Guesthouse.

Smoking or smoking is not allowed inside the premises.

As a matter of respect and understanding towards all guests, special attention is requested for silence in the entrance hall, staircase and terrace.

The guest in charge of the rental will also be responsible for the proper use of the flat, as well as for the behaviour of the persons staying in it, and will prevent any activity contrary to the law, decrees and/or health and fire prevention.

If the behaviour of any of the guests is not correct, AMWILLA may require the person responsible and the other guests to leave the flat without the right to return any payment made.

 

ACCEPTANCE OF THE CONDITIONS

 

By booking an AMWILLA flat, you agree to these terms and conditions.
