The apartment is located on Rua do Douro, one of the first streets in the city when coming from the airport. It is a short walk from Av Marginal (coast walk), Praça Estrela (city center) and Igreja Paroquial (parochial church). The apartment is decorated in a rustic and elegant way, providing guests with a feeling of comfort and a sense of well-being. Cape Verdean literature through the writer Aurélio Gonçalves and painting by Elson Renato gives an artsy touch to the building where the apartment is located.

Bed linen and towels are provided upon check in. For longer stays bed linen and towels are weekly changed.
